Covers loss or damages to the items to be erected, freight, custom duties and dues, cost of erection, civil engineering work, property located on the principal’s premises or on the site belonging to the principal or held in their care, custody or control, or any part thereof, in a manner necessitating repair or replacement. The policy may also cover the cost of clearance of debris following upon any event giving rise to a claim under the policy.
