Main purpose of the job

• To drive sales target and business growth for Port Harcourt branch
• To align self & others to the vision & mission of VKA in our day-to-day activity
• To build an effective and efficient team / team spirit
• To enhance shareholders fund

Key responsibilities - major tasks and responsibilities

• Build strategy for brokers/ sectors penetration
• Build strategy to grow share of brokers wallet
• Build quality relationships with brokers / clients
• Analyze industry trends and adjust to maximize growth potentials
• Ensure compliance and adherence to process/regulatory requirements
• Lead team and provide a healthy workplace culture
• Manage human and non-human capital to achieve organizational goals
• Supervise other functions in Port Harcourt
• Liaise with the Technical team to observe any changes as obtained in the field
• Organize management visits to brokers as required
• Prepare weekly activities report
• Report to the Regional Head, Lagos & South
