Emmanuel is Director of Operations at Lighthouse Capital. A legal and finance professional, he specialises in building and managing client portfolios, maximising local investment opportunities, and structuring tax-efficient vehicles and asset frameworks.

He developed deal structuring and portfolio management expertise during his tenure at TMD Advisory, where he executed transactions across multiple sectors, including information technology, consumer services, retail, media, real estate, and healthcare. Previously, at Banwo & Ighodalo, he advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment structures, and joint venture arrangements. He also provided counsel on corporate governance, company secretarial practice, and regulatory compliance to both domestic and international clients across various industries.

During his time at the International Bar Association (IBA) in London, he conducted research and policy analysis on international law matters, contributing to projects examining constitutional frameworks, rule of law, migration regulation, and environmental policy across multiple jurisdictions including Ghana, Sudan, Mali, and Turkey.

He holds an LLB from SOAS University of London and an LLM from Durham University. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (FCIArb). He completed executive education at Lagos Business School.
