HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT

Wale leads the internal audit functions at VKA.

Before joining VKA, he was Head, Operational controls at the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company Plc.

He has almost two decades of experience in internal and external auditing, financial accounting, compliance, and fraud prevention and deterrence.

Wale holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACPIN), Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM).
